Help to negotiate cable licensing agreement with the Town. 2. Help provide/oversee programming for school (education access), town government, and public access. 3. Oversee/manage budget (from cable provider). 4. Oversee Public Access Studio. Video on Demand recordings can be saved to viewer's computer by installing Google Chrome browser.
